Title: Outlook Add-in Not Loading

Good morning...I have been subscribed to Avast Premier Security for a while and I am having the same problem for many months now.  The Avast Outlook Add-in will not load - I really like the whitelist/blacklist function.  Can you give me some suggestions to fix this?
