Title: Master password won't work on Android phone after factory reset

I did a factory reset on my Android phone and now my Avast Passwords app won't accept my master password. This is the same master password that I use successfully on my laptop. I am down to 1 retry.

The Avast dashboard on the laptop says that the phone was synced since the reset, but the MP still doesn't work.

Would it help to remove the phone and add it back in?

Hi,

The Master Password on the laptop and phone can be different (if you set it up that way - they are independent of each other). If you remember your Avast Account password then you can remove the phone and add it again.
