Not sure why this isn't pinned in the Avast Secure Browser for Android (https://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=120.0) subforum.

Or why there isn't more information on the VPN (any limitation, etc.), I say this given that the Avast VPN for Windows is a paid product and not within the ASB for Windows.  So getting a free VPN with what is the free Avast Secure Browser for Android seems strange.

Or is this just integration with an existing VPN ?

Hi DavidR,

Thanks! I've added it to that board as well.

If you're referring to bandwidth limitations there aren't any for the mobile VPNs. If I misunderstood you here feel free to clarify. The mobile browsers use a different VPN technology than SecureLine VPN. ASB for Android and iOS use Mimic, which is a super-fast, lightweight VPN protocol. We are discussing with the other teams on how we can combine those technologies. I hope this helps!  :)

@David,
This VPN also has fewer servers to choose from that SecureLine.
