I didn't subscription but I get a Messenger my credit card Recurring Transaction TWD 990.00 to DRI*AVAST software.
I check my account and I didn't subscription that and I can't found any e-mail.
I would like to refund and cancel the subscription that NOT relate to my account.

I can't get the ODER no. because I didn't get any e-mail so I can't do anything about it. >:(

Just enter/use 00000000 and explain it in your request.

I get a massage from my credit card I get a recurring transaction TWD990.00 to DRI*AVAST Software on 28 nov 2020.
I don’t subscript anything so I try to refund but I didn’t get any E-mail from AVAST so I can’t get the order number to refund. It mean that subscription isn’t from my account.
 Could you please found that order number to me and do I need to give my credit card number to you.
