Title: Avast Driver Updater does not recognise my subscription

Thought i had installed the paid version until updater  expired after 30 days.
Now I tried to insert the activation code it wont accept.
On My Subscriptions pages, it says "Your subscription isn't being used on any device. Why not install and activate the app now?".
when I down load the updater software it just wont accept....

repeat as in the articles but still the system didnot recognise my activation..
when I enter the activation code, the system dont even recognise it asking to key in the correction code..
 but the code is from my subscription page.


Moedrator can u moves this to the correct section..

Did you buy from Avast directly or from a reseller..?

Errh, i think I bought from Avast directly cause it was from link in the email.
Cant remember ..
But my subscription appeared on my Subscription page and it said
"Your subscription isn't being used on any device. Why not install and activate the app now?"

Are you running the latest version (20.2) of ADU..!?

Not sure and I will need to go back and check.  I did load  from the cs article.  Also tried loading from my subscription pge... Nothing seem to work...
So I think I shld have the latest version.

Anyone know where to check the customer support update?
I wrote in telling them a the problem and go a no. for the request..#12137427

but did not hear from them...

Be patient... Note, don't submit multiple tickets (FIFO).
