We will need more information to be able to help you:
- Which OS are you using? Is it up to date?
- What avast! version and VPS file (virus database) number?
- What was the filename and path where the virus was found?
- Which actions have you taken to try solving the problem?
- Do you use a firewall? Which one?
- Do you have any other antivirus installed in your system?
- Any other security programs that could interfere?

and, specially, which is the name and path of the infected file(s) and which is the full name of the trojan horse that you're seeing...

A0019622.dll looks like it could be a file in a _Restore point, but that is a guess as you haven't given the location it was found, or answered many of the other questions asked by Tech. We ask questions so we can offer more detailed advice.

Right click the avast icon and select, avast! Log Viewer, from the Warning section you should be able to find the details of the infection, including the virus name, the infected file name and its original location.

When avast detects a virus/malware, etc. the alert gives you a number of options, Move to chest (best option), Repair (not available for all files), Delete (not good), etc. what did you choose ?

The virus cleaner only removes a limited number of True Virus or Worm infections, that list is on the same page where you go to download it. The win32:spyware wouldn't be one of those as it would detect and clean.
