Title: Avast has taken money from me without my permission

They paid for AntiTrack, put it on my account, withdrawn the money and not even sent a confirmation email of any sort so I can refund this. PLEASE FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY, THIS IS THEFT.

In this case you probably don't have an order number to indicate in the procedure of the link given by Asyn?
Enter "00000000" instead and provide as much information as possible that will allow avast to find you (such as what appears on your bank account regarding this transaction).
Above all, send the request with a valid e-mail address and make sure that avast's reply will not be redirected to your "SPAM" folder.
