Title: Using Avast for Remote Control

When my dad who lived across the country had computer issues, I used to help him by connecting remotely to his computer using AVAST's Remote Connection tool.  Was this option removed because I no longer see the option to request remote assistance?

That feature was deleted a long time ago. I also miss the feature.
There are many other services available. If you're both using Windows 10,
there is Quick Assist (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/solve-pc-problems-over-a-remote-connection-b077e31a-16f4-2529-1a47-21f6a9040bf3) which is part of Windows 10 and very easy to use.
