Title: Disk driver is not accessible

After installing Cleanup Premium trial I ran the disk fix and now I'm getting the message "disk drive not accessible" when I click on it on explorer. I'm freaking out because that's my backup hd. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance and sorry bad english (isn't my first language).

Hi,

Could you please provide us with some logs using the log collector utility located here C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Cleanup\tulogcollector.exe
Once the tool is open, make sure to add your email address and a link to the forum post.

I was about to post it: I fix it today. Reinstalling and running again program fix the problem.
