Hi guys,
I have a problem with some viruses in my computer, but I can't delete them as they are in system folders.
I tried to launch the Boot-Time Scan after enabling the "USB Legacy Support" in the BIOS, butwhen the Boot-Time scan finds a virus I can't choose any option because the system doesn't see my Keyboard, why?
Maybe I must enable anything else?

Whilst I don't know what your keyboard is or what BIOS you have there should be something in there to enable it. The USB Legacy Support sounds reasonable, if I remember rightly in my BIOS I had to look in the Integrated Peripherals section of the BIOS. In the end I ditched my wireless USB keyboard (I wasn't using the bells and whistles) and went back to a standard PS2 keyboard.
If you have an old PS2 keyboard you could plug that in before you boot. I have to do that with my mouse for one of my programs, even though I have the USB mouse enabled in the BOIS the program doesn't recognise it.

I thought as first solution the PS/2 keyboard.
Thanks anyway, I'll try and let you know!

That should hopefully resolve the problem, not ideal, but workable if you can't find the option in the BIOS. You need only do a boot-time scan on occasion when avast can't deal with a problem whilst windows is running, fortunately not to regular an occurrence.
