Title: Getting Message on a lot of different programs and sites

I get this message on different sites. I even got the message on Advast's splash page.  It also appears when open games such as Microsoft Sudoku. It started with the latest update from Avast.
The messages says, "Threat secured   We've safely aborted connection on ads.api.vungle.com because it was infected with URL:Blacklist"  How do I fix this issue. It is annoying how often it pops up.  Is my computer infected with a virus that is making this pop up?
