Title: I was charged after my cancellation

I had cancelled the subscription for Cleanup before I was charged. I don't know why it automatically renewed my subscription again without any of my operating. It just happened. Please refund that money. Thank you.

You can submit a refund request.  If you cancelled close to your auto payment mandate it could have gone through before it was actioned.

Refund request - https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_refund (https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_refund) If you haven't got the Order ID, etc enter 00000000 and give as much information that you can to help identify it.
