Title: Cannot edit / delete registry keys which Avast keeps completely locked

I need to edit multiple registry keys in this folder:
local machine > software > AVAST Software > Avast > properties > IDP > setting

However I cannot edit or delete the value, nor the key, nor the folder and there is no way at all to change permissions, access to all of this is denied despite being the Admin account of this pc and explicitly running regedit as admin via context menu.

Turning all Avast shields off made no difference either.

Is there a way to edit / delete the values or keys without uninstalling Avast?

It is never going to be easy to do this or malware could just as easily do the same.
