Title: VPN not working

I've recently signed up with Avast mobile security on my Android. I also purchased a VPN with monthly payments. The VPN will not connect, and I do not see the screen that is indicated in the tutorial concerning the activation code. I get a white screen that is asking for the activation code, but not the green screen indicated in the tutorial that actually shows me the activation code to enter.
Quick replies would be greatly appreciated, as I have at this moment adware attempting to place viruses in my phone! thanks very much for any expertise and assistance anyone can give!

Can someone from Avast help me !! I paid VPN multiple devices for whole year and now it is not possible to activate VPN on my android. When i go to activate VPN on android through message from PC VPN I get message on android that it is not available in my country (Montenegro).  If I try to upgrade app downloaded ftom Playstore, i get message "error". How to attach screenshot ?!!!
