i have got these 2 entries in my log viewer:

Error tag:
Application: 1592
Description:
Storage query "INSERT INTO LocalProperties (Object, Property, Val) VALUES
(1, 'OUTLOOK--HeurSpamMessagesRelativeCount','0')" failed. Error description: "unable to open database file [14]"

Warning tag:
Application: 3532
Description:
Function setifaceUpdatePackages() has failed. Return code is 0x40010004, dwRes is 40010004.
 
Anyone knows what these all about?
