Title: .json to .csv
Post by: nikolasgogstad on January 25, 2021, 01:01:31 PM
Hi!
I Can't install Avast Password on new computers because "its not available anymore", https://www.avast.com/passwords#mac.
Therefore I need to move to a new password manager, but it has turned out to be impossible to leave Avast. No other password manager support import of .json files, and if I want to exsport a .csv, I have to use Windows.. but guess what.. I can't install it on Windows because its not available anymore.. how do you suggest i solve this? I haven't been able to find any working .json to .csv software for mac, and I'm not uploading the .json containing all my passwords to an online converter.

Hello Nikolas,
Please contact support, we are providing OSX utility to convert from our .json format to 1Pass or Dashlane .csv.

Hello Vlad - I have contacted your AVAST SUPPORT team and AVAST REMOTE SUPPORT TEAM and none of them know or can find or provide the OSX UTILITY to convert the "pass.json" file into a .CSV file.   In fact, I've been given wrong 1-855#'s and a run-a-round by the support team after I called Case#: 1511-9631.   It has been very difficult to get the .json file converted.
PLEASE HELP!
