I have requested a cancellation and a refund since I did not want it to renew automatically. Received an email saying it would be refunded in 7 days it's been almost 2 weeks now contacted them again same email saying it was refunded but my account is not showing it!! >:(

How is it it takes a minute to take our money but over 2 weeks or longer for a refund
I am very disappointed in the service this company provides and will advise anyone not to use it.
