Title: AVAST CHARGED ME 69,99 EURO

Hello , avast charged me 69,99euro without any permission. They dont send me email,i dont have order ID. I want refund. But if i make ticket they ask for ID number. Can someone give me any contact to where solve this problem? Thanks
