i need link to offline setup of Avast SecureLine VPN

but but this is not the latest version available...

and ok this is link to latest version. but strange: from filehippo have download previous version of secure line 5.5 is 21MB
this version, 5.8 latest, is 149MB... big difference for a small version difference ...

yes. tanxs. but you did not answer my observation: is it possible that a minimum difference between versions - 5.5 with 5.8 - can have such a large difference in size 21MB versus 149MB??

a few weeks ago i tried Avast VPN: just started i had a 7-day trial. after the test i uninstalled because the program no longer worked.
now i have changed pc (bought a new one) i try to reinstall the program but i no longer have the 7-day test, i can only with credit card details do a 60-day test... but the 7 days of paperless trial are no longer available??

You only get that option once. Otherwise, everyone would be on a continuous 7-day trial.

You've already had the use of the free 7-day trial. That only happens once.

The free trial is there for you to decide if the product merits purchase.
You've had that trial now it's time to either purchase or, take your chances without it.
You still have the other option but it requires your credit card.

and actually the evidence should be based on a volume of traffic, instead of the days... I'll only be connected once in a week. I had more to do and when i tried again the time had passed... now i changed pc and would have liked to do more tests before buying a subscription... but i assumed i had a new 7-day trial on my new pc...

As I've already stated, there's still the other trial that requires your credit card.

however the limit of the 7-day test should be on the machine, not on IP of the wifi network. if there are 3 of us in the house, my brother and sister, and if one of us tries the program, the others can not try it... does that sound right to you? or just as in my case, tried on old pc (1 day) now with new pc i can not do other tests if not entering the data of a card there credit ... in my opinion the 7-day limit should be applied to the individual PC in use.

Continuing to argue isn't going to change the policy that's in place.
