Title: Virus

Hi I run Avast Anti Virus but after having my hard drive changed I seem to have picked up a virus I keep getting a balloon on my screen that says I have a critical system error. I have run the avast virus clean but cant get rid of the error message

     What you are experiencing is an indication you have a very bad piece of "spyware" on your
     computer, NOT a "virus" . What antiSPYWARE/antiTROJAN program(s) do you have on your
     computer ?  What is the NAME of your Operating System ? IF you have either Windows XP or
     Windows 2000, I recommended you use the FREE version of "SUPERantispyware" from
     www.superantispyware.com , as a 1st and hopefully last "step" in resolving that "balloon" .
