Title: Improper payment

Hi.

My current subscription was for 3 devices and 2 years. It expired on February 24, 2021. And today, February 9, I received a charge of € 89.99. The subscription was automatically renewed with 10 devices and one year. I have not given any consent for this. I don't have any automatic renewal set up and at least for 10 devices when I only use 3. I always renew manually a few days before expiration.

I have canceled the subscription but it remains until February 24, 2022. I do not plan to pay € 89 when I always pay € 59 for what I need.

What I can do?

I am very angry with Avast! Many day before expiry date, i have Paid 89,99 euros IN AUTOMATIC on Paypal without preliminar notification for a new year Avast Premuim Security protection for 10 devices. I not have 10 devices! Can i change or cancel UNWANTED LICENCE with money back? Thank for help!   >:( >:( >:(

Many day before expiry date, i have Paid pounds 49.99 IN AUTOMATIC renewal l without preliminar notification for a new year Avast Premuim Security protection for 10 devices. I do not have 10 devices! We always send out notifications to remind you that you have a subscription with us and that it will be renewed. In your case, we sent out a reminder notification on 1/19/21 and then once gain on    2/18/21 we sent out a confirmation email to inform you that the renewal has taken place.
