Hello everyone,

We’re pleased to announce that we have released a new beta version of Avast Secure Browser (ASB) for Windows - version 88.1.

Changes

• NEW you can now customise your experience in Private Mode by turning on or off Anti-Tracking, Anti-Fishing and Adblock extensions
• NEW Theme settings for the Browser is enabled for you
• Visual improvements in dark mode for better contrast
• Installation of Progressive Web Applications from the Browser enabled

Fixes

• Improved the overall stability of the Browser
• Improved speed and stability of Avast Sync
• Minor fixes to bookmark synchronization
• Fix of displaying the extensions after installation

If you have ASB already installed, it should be updated automatically (feel free to visit ‘secure://settings/help’ to trigger an update faster)

Hi Jana, I tried to update but it doesn't work here (yet).

Note, I received ASB 88.2 via auto-update today. :)
