I paid for the product and didn't get the link to download it. can you help me

Where did you pay for the product and which product was it you bought ?
The reason I ask there have been a number of fraudulent sites selling products that are either the free version or a non existent product (avast 2007, etc.)

If via avast.com, then it can be downloaded from the same site http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-professional.html, you will need to enter the valid Pro license key that you should have been sent.

avast does not work like that... I mean, the download is available to everybody at avast page.
You only will receive the Registration key (Professional version, paid one) by email and use it after installing avast.
Take care of false avast resellers :P

Where did you buy it from? If off the avast! site then possibly a spam filter, either on your computor or your isp is blocking the e-mail. See the following link
