Hey i have got a confirmation refund a week a go and
I suppose to get my money back within 7 days, now is 10 dayand no money has been sent to me?

It rather depends on how you paid ?

It can take between 5-10 business days for a refund, if it is being paid into a bank it can take further time before you see it as cleared funds in your bank.

What was the support ticket ID number you got in the confirmation email ?
