Title: my Avast Secure Line VPN <gives me a message> CONNECT TO THE INTERNET

My AvastSecure Line VPN subscription, within its validity period, <message me>:
"CONNECT TO THE INTERNET
Connect to the Internet to use the VPN ",
even though I am already connected.

My question:
Why does it tell me when trying to ACTIVATE IT that I should connect to the internet if I am already connected, as can be seen from the screenshots that I attach? ...

Until about a month ago it has been working perfectly without problems, but now I can't find a way to make it work; nor has Avast Support Service succeeded.
Of course, the cost of the service has been religiously paid to Avast.

"CONECTESE A INTERNET
Conéctese a Internet para  utilizar la VPN"

Mi pregunta:
¿por qué al intentar ACTIVARLO me dice que debo conectarme a internet si ya estoy conectado como puede comprobarse por las capturas que adjunto? …

Hasta hace más menos un mes ha estado funcionando perfectamente sin problemas, pero ahora no encuentro la forma de hacerlo funcionar; ni tampoco el Servicio de Soporte de Avast lo ha logrado.
Eso si, el coste del servicio, ha sido abonado religiosamente a Avast.

- ¿Alguna AYUDA?...  Gracias de todos modos.
