Title: My premium avast subscription doesnt work

Hello, does anybody know what to do if an avast subscription doesnt work? I bought it mainly to have acces to Cleanup Premium, but it's still locked. Pls help! (I would upload pictures of it, but i don't know how on this forum.

If you have one already then just click on the "Attachments and other options" link under the text box.
