Title: Getting a refund on an auto subscription renewal

I'm trying to get a refund for an automatic renewal on a subscription that I did not want.

The form requires an order number.

I do not have an order number or an email confirming the purchase.

What can I do please?

If you don't have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.
