Title: Payment Done,No order confirmation from AVAST.. Help!!!!!

I ordered for Avast Premium and completed the payment. Then an error came and no email confirmation received. The money has been deducted from my account. Avast Team is not responding. Help required!

Did you buy from Avast directly or from a reseller..?

You say the avast team aren't responding, how are you trying to contact them and when ?

The most common reason for non-receipt of your email confirmation are:
1.  typo in the email that you gave.
2.  email diverted into your email provider or personal email spam folder.
3.  using an old email no longer in use.
