Title: unable to contact customer support, website broken

I am unable to contact customer support. The website links are broken, or there is a virus of some sort preventing me from accessing the website's customer support pages needed to contact them. if there is a virus or something that is preventing me from accessing customer support I am in even more need to contact them. please help.
