Title: Avast Software Analyzer / aswbISDAgent using high CPU

Since a few months i have high cpu usage on all cpu's and my fans are running loudly. It really says very high energy consumption on all 8 processors. Cause is the aswbISDAgent. The why i don't know. Sometime the usage goes down some even under 18%. Most times it is above 26% and higher and stays there.

Can someone tell me why this is and why this strange behaviour? I have the premium security and the cleanup premium. So not the free products.

- OS..? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP/Build..?)
- Other security related software installed..?
- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast..?

system: Systeem-SKU   LENOVO_MT_81FL_BU_idea_FM_ideapad 330-17ICH
Processor   Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30GHz, 2304 MHz, 4 core('s), 8 logische processor(s)

- Other security related software installed..?

None, just the Windows defender

- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast..?

I use only Avast for a couple of years. On this system nothing.
This Windows is clean installed some time ago without the pre-installed software by myself.

1. Download Avast Premium Security: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_premium_security_setup_offline.exe
2. Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions..!!)
3. Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
4. Reboot.

After de-installation, restart and installation it works fine. It uses at this point like 2 to 3 % cpu resources. And that's normal.
