Title: Help no virus program yet able to remove this hacker

Who ever this person is is driving me crazy.. he has been in my computer for months. He has taken a lot of important information  from me credit cards Google accounts crypto currency no virus program or malware program will remove this guy.. reformatting pc or phone does nothing. Here's a screen shot of him. Just letting me know he's still here.. he always appears as the virus program install..  avg on my phone im B::: Average Gmail.com.. removing does nothing

Also erstmal würde ich alle Passwörter ändern und wenn möglich sogar deine Mailadresse. Dann musst du dich halt bei deinen Accounts neu anmelden, aber das ist wahrscheinlich weniger frustrierend als am Schluss keinen Zugriff mehr zu haben.

Wie du deinen Hacker loswirst, kann ich dir nicht sagen. Aber ich denke das sind Mindest-Massnahmen, die du treffen solltest.
