Title: 4.7 ball continuously running - 24 hours

I read the previous posts on this and found that a web site (fepm.galleriez.com/SexKittens.html) is constantly making it run. I've never been there...

How do I stop this? I've run adaware & spybot, deleted all cookies & temp internet files... what next?

What is your Operating System ?
What avast! version and VPS file (virus database) number, e.g. 0630-2 (see about avast!) ?

If you haven't already got this software (freeware), download, install, update and run it, preferably in safe mode.
1. Ewido, a.k.a. avg anti-spyware (http://www.ewido.net/en/download/) If using winXP. or a-Squared free (http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/) if using win98/ME.

WinXP pro is the OS.

Okay... I just blocked that website. No more messages and the ball stopped spinning. :D

Blocking the site only masks the symptom and doesn't treat the disease, but it gives you some breathing space to track it down and kill it.

So what else can I do? Both my adaware & spybot are updated, and so is Avast.

Have you tried one of the other programs DavidR suggested?  They are both very good, and both free.

If a virus is replicant (coming and coming again), you should:

1) Disable System Restore on Windows XP: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;%5BLN%5D;310405
2) Clean your temporary files.
3) Schedule a boot time scanning with avast. Start avast! > Right click the skin > Schedule a boot-time scanning. Select for scanning archives. Boot.
4) Download, install, update and run other trojan remover tools:
a-squared (http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/)
Free AVG Antispyware (http://www.ewido.net/en/)
SUPERantispyware (http://www.superantispyware.com)
Spyware Terminator (http://www.spywareterminator.com/)
