Title: is somebody trying to hack me???

as avast detected the malware first, although take this information on face value).

This is avast forum, and mind that above information is from "another source" (malware fighter and geek)

i did that but its still here what is this Trojan doing exacly

 This is a typical malware that targets the core system of Windows in order to complete its tasks. BV:Agent-AQV [Trj] was made to execute a series of commands once it gets inside the system. It will gather data like system settings, Windows version, network configuration, and so on. Collected data will be sent to remote attacker for analysis.
