Title: How do you renew subsciption ?

My subscription lapsed by two days and no matter where I've searched on the Avast account I cannot find a way of renewing it. Had to change password etc !!!!!

Why is so difficult to renew my account from my previous subscription ?

The ridiculous unreadable verification letters need to post this !!!!

You don't say what Avast program you are using Avast Free, Premium, etc. ?

If a paid version of avast didn't you setup an automatic payment instruction ?
If not, then you should have got on-screen reminders of X weeks/days remaining, etc.
If so, you should have received a notification that payment would be taken in X days, etc.

The captcha is an anti spam measure and is only for your first 3 posts.

Why is renewing so difficult? I want to renew and upgrade to Ultimate for 1 year, but I can't do this online. I have to pay for 2 years for Ultimate or just renew the Premium that I already have. Having to call support to do this is a nuisance. I see that I'm not the only one having issues.  ::) Maybe it's time to shop around?

Try the - Sales change order details wrong, email address given, etc. - Submit a support ticket https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales in your case select the Billing, payment, or license issues option - and then the I have a different billing or license issue and click Next and follow.  Here you should be able to say you want to renew and also change product to Avast Ultimate.

Hello! I'm going through the same thing, I can't find the renewal option, it tells me that my product (ULTIMATE 10 DEVICES), has 1 day left, previously, it went to account and left when it was renewed and with what card. Now nothing appears. I had automatic renewal x 3 years with the PREMIUM, then when the ULTIMATE came out I asked for the update. Which was done manually. (sorry I use google translator)

Hola! estoy pasando x lo mismo, no encuentro la opción de renovación, me dice que mi producto ( ULTIMATE 10 DISPOSITIVOS) , le queda 1 día, anteriormente, iba a cuenta y salía cuando se renovaba y con qué tarjeta. Ahora no figura nada. Tenía renovación automática  x 3 años con el PREMIUM, luego cuando salió el ULTIMATE pedí la actualización. :(

renewal options appear in the application and then there is no internet connection, which is not true. I go to my Avast account, subscription status not available (was done manually when going from Premier to Ultimate) expires 24 (tomorrow).

In my case, I get notifications of days remaining to renew, I have been using paid Avast for years, always with automatic renewal, multi-device and for 3 years. I think the problem arises when the upgrade from Premier to Ultimate was made through technical support. I have sent an email to the support that made the change, attaching screenshots in PDF.
