Hi, I'm new to avast forum here
So recently, I have a problem while opening avast. Everytime I open avast from a taskbar shortcut, I always got an error saying "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have appropriate permissions". At first, I thought the shortcut was the culprit here, so I remove the old shortcut, and try to use the new one, but still I got the error. So, I try to open from a desktop, and the same error happening to me. Then, I open the file location, and it shows me the AvastUI.exe. If I try to open that exe file, I got the same error, unless if I run AvastUI.exe as an administrator. So basically I cannot open Avast anymore except in the taskbar icon located near speaker icon, wifi icon, or something I don't know what it's called.
So If anyone know what causing the error, and how I can fix this so this thing will not happening in the future?
Thank you.

Thank you for giving the answer. I actually managed to get it working again and not getting the error simply by restarting the computer. But I thank for the instructions that you give to me, so if I have problem that's similar to this, I can fix it myself. Once again, thank you for the answer.
