Especially Chrome.....can anybody help please?

Hi,

Can you please clarify if Chrome is slow to load or if the websites are slow to load?
Can you also clarify how you came to the conclusion that Avast VPN is the cause of the issue, please?

Sorry to jump onto your thread. I'm also having the same problem on my Windows 10 Home. Internet speed is taking time to load on any sites. With VPN off, I get back my normal speed on my fibre network. Using Firefox as my browser.

Hi,

Can you try to connect to different VPN locations and see if it makes any difference?
Please also try the new protocol (Please open Avast SecureLine VPN and go to Menu > Settings > EXPERIMENTAL > and select "Avast Mimic")

A mi me pasa lo mismo. Desde hace dos días que puse el VPN todo va mas lento. Sobre todo los navegadores Chrome y Edge. ¿Como lo solucionamos? Si quitamos el VPN ¿para que sirve estar pagando?
