Title: Avast Premium Passwords module error

Hello, I had to reinstall my windows and now I'm seeing this problems. I've tried uninstalling avast, downloading offline installer, customizing to use Passwords(old) before installing and its still giving me this error.(https://i.imgur.com/JU9EXyb.png)
