Refund request - https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_refund (https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_refund) If you haven't got the Order ID, etc enter 00000000 and give as much information that you can to help identify it.

I want a refund. $49 was taken off my visa account unknow to me. I have no email from avast

You could follow the information/instruction from DavidR in Post #1
