Title: No Email, no Service, everything is lost, but was payed?

I made a request via the contact form, but I do not receive a confirmation email. Requests are: 13044796 and 13044733. I set up my account via Facebook. Under Account Settings you can find the correct email address. Spam folders, of course, I also looked in. My problem is that I had to re-set up my laptop. Now I've logged back into Avast after reinstalling, but my access to the services isnot available. I can't be helped either because I don't get an email, even though the correct email is provided. Can I delete the facebook link? I'm just baffled, but I don't want to pay for a subscription every year for something I can't use. So far I have always been very satisfied. It's a pity that there are such serious problems now... :(
