Is there a way to create a CD which boots on a EUFI System?
-
Maybe easier for you to create a bootable "Rescue Disk" USB, than a CD/DVD.
If you have to use CD/DVD, then a wider web search may get more results than on this site.

Hello phjones, I can confirm that created USB supports UEFI. Please let me know if there is any problem with it on your side and we can look at it. Also thank you rocksteady with your helpful comment on this ;) Petr

Hello,
ISO image supports only legacy boot at the moment. We are working on fix to support also UEFI. Thank you for report.

I created a EUFI USB Rescue Disk which booted o/k. Trying a AvastPe Antivirus Scan failed with no Data in Report.

I can take a look onto that problem. Could you please post here AvastPE log file? This file will be on your USB ProgramData folder or your system drive ProgramData folder. It depends if there is any Avast data folder detected on system where you use Rescue Disk. Thank you.

I cannot find AvastPE log file on either USB ProgramData folder or system drive ProgramData folder. On DRIVE C:/ there are a "Program Files" and "Program Files (x86)" folders but no "Program Data Folder"

Updated to Version 21.4.2464 and now it works o/k.

Thanks for info, glad to hear that. I don't think we made any change regarding UEFI boot into this release, it's planned for next release, but it could be related to change where Rescue Disk is using newer WADK.
