Title: No Internetspeed after downloading avast.

Hi, so i just got Avast premium and as soon as i finished installing and configuring it my internet speed became almost non existant. After googling it on my phone (i was that bad) i found out that the core shield is messing with NordVpn. I tried googling it but the only info i found was that Avast offers a great VPN that isn't slow like other VPN's and i should buy it and have all my problems go away...

Is there a way to make Avast play nice with Nord-VPN or should i just look at other antivirus programs? Not being able to have the core shield on kind of takes the point out of paying for it :P

I'm sorry, I don't use Avast Premium or NordVPN so I can't speak from personal experience.

What core shield - File Shield, Web Shield, Behaviour Shield ?

Is the NordVPN program allowed in the Avast Firewall ?

The internet one. I thought it was all of them but i ran speedtests on them and when i turn the internet shield in i drop from 350 mbps down to 50 mbps download speed.

NordVPN is allowed on the avast firewall

Try this in the AvastUI > Menu > Settings > Protection > Core Shields > Web Shield - see the two settings I have arrowed.

Uncheck the first one and back out of the settings and try that. 
If no change, enable it again and uncheck the second back out of the settings and try that.

Umm indeed, don't know what happened to that, could have sworn I did, must be loosing my marbles ;)
I have now added it, good job I hadn't deleted it off my drive, I don't keep them very long.
