The site https://www.passport.service.gov.uk/ is being blocked by AVAST. It is a legitimate government site.

Any idea appreciated in how to unblock.

Report it as a false positive using the form at https://www.avast.com/en-gb/false-positive-file-form.php

Click the "renew" button at the bottom of the page, then the "Renew Online" button take you to the blocked page mentioned in the original post.

I have used the submission form to submit the url as a false positive.
