Title: Avast kept shutting down my Win, 10 MSI laptop
Post by: Thomas1094 on May 04, 2021, 04:18:35 PM
Ever since I renewed my subscription and Downloaded the newer version when I would boot up I would get a quick error message and the laptop would shut down. I would take me several starts to get a stable re boot. After Uninstalling Avast and all it's files using the Avast tool everything went back to normal and the start up time was like it was before. I do not know what you did with the new version but it was not good I can tell you that. I have unsubscribed and will not accept any renewals in the future. I am sending a "No Pay" notice to PayPal as I opted out of the auto pay last time you billed me and now you have a subscription thing going.....well I am done with Avast
