Title: More Console Login Problems

I have been reading the forum for anything which might solve my problem, but I don't think I have found anything which matches and the fixes for similar problems haven't worked for me.

Like others, I cannot log into the ADNM Console, I get an error mesage on the username and password screen 'Unable to login as sa or connection error'.  Avast Management Server is running.  I have tried uninstalling both the console and MSDE and have even manually deleted the MSDE server files to ensure a completely clean reinstall, but still no luck.

I am installing on SBS2003 R2, using a brand new download of ADNM (yesterday).  I would appreciate any help as this is now driving me mad!

Hi how long had ADNM been running previously? Had you installed it before?

Are you evaluating the product or have purchased the license?

Try starting the avast! management service and loging in again.
