Title: Generic Host Process for Win32 Services Error

I get this error, I did a search and can not get a fix. so I thought I would try here. It only happens when I am on dial-up, and I get a warning from avast 4 home (avast has blocked an LASS attack from ip:)  right before I get the Generic Host Process for Win32 Services Error. the the dial-up does not respond after this.
