Hey Avast Forum!
So i need some help. I want to refund my Avast Cleanup program because Avast did not warn me 30 days before they took money from my bank account.
But the problem is that i do not actually have a order ID because they did not sent me one i bought the program on the avast Software. So do you have any tips or tricks on how to get the order ID? Or have i just lost a large amount of money?

(Just for your information i can not use my Email and log in and check it on the Avast website i have checked)(The only thing i have is my activation id)

Just enter/use 00000000 (Order-ID) and explain it in your request.
