Is it possible to run Avast free togheter with another antivirus, does it have that feature?

It not a good idea to try and run more than one active real-time anti-virus program on your machine. You could use another to manually scan as "second opinion" if the need arises. See this: https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=211973.0
