I only get this in Chrome and on most but not all sites
Only happened during last few days

have you tried to clear your browser surf history?

do you have a browser extension that try to connect to that URL ?

cleared browser repeatedly. chrome extensions are: spreadsheets, docs, and slides

Does this still happen if you run Chrome with extensions disabled ?
