Title: Unused Subscription refund

Hello,
for a few years an Avast is charging me 72€ early for VPN subscription.
It was at year 2019 I tried free trial Avast VPN to find out not needed it. So i deleted licence.
Totaly forgot about that and becose there is a plenty movings at my bank account I dint find out.
Thanks new layout of web of my bank, I seen last payment. Alredy stopped auto renew and sended ticket for refund.

My question is ... what about those two old payments? That licence wasnt even activated and used.
At 2019 i didnt know there is something like auto renew. I try it one time in free trial, didnt want it so I didnt prolonged/pay.

Last payment is old 10 days, so I hope refund will be no problem.
What about those old 2x72€ payments?
On the account I can even see ... "Your subscription is not being used on any device."

Avast offers a 30 days money-back guarantee period to every single purchase done through our official web store, which includes automatic renewal charges as well.
Avast does not normally offer refunds for products if more than 30 days have passed since the purchase.
