Title: Avast flags all my games as IDP.generic
Post by: Chris157 on May 31, 2021, 07:15:53 PM
So I'm not sure why but Avast has always flagged games as IDP.generic when I first launched them. In the past there was a option on the pop up that let me add an exception for the file and then there weren't any problems. Recently however that exception option hasn't been there and Avast has started ignoring the exceptions, frequently either stopping my games from starting or killing them after an hour or so. Any thoughts on what's causing this and how to fix it? Cause it's incredibly annoying.

I did need an update but it didn't fix the problem unfortunately.
